Payment deposit policy:

We require a single night deposit payment in advance by Cashapp ($paulagcalhoun) or credit card, the remainder payable upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

We require two weeks’ notice if you must cancel and your deposit will be refunded less a $30 cancellation charge. No deposits will be refunded after the two-week notice period but can be used for a future booking.

Special events policy:

Special events would include Mardi Gras, Easter, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Festival, Essence Festival, Halloween, New Year, and major sporting events. A one-month (30 days) cancellation period is required.

Check in & check out:

Check in is 3 PM CST but can vary based on availability. Please contact us with your estimated arrival time.

Check out time is 11am CST.

Smoking policy:

The entire house is non-smoking except for the rear yard.

Other important policies:

Couzan’s Lagniappe B&B is privately owned and owner-occupied. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or accommodations to anyone whose behavior affects the safety or peaceful enjoyment of other guests and could result in eviction without refund. Additional persons not specifically named in the reservation are not allowed to stay on the premises. Visitors, when accompanied by registered guests, are allowed on the premises between 10am and 9pm with prior permission of owners. The visitors are restricted to the common areas. Management reserves the right to limit the number of visitors. Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors.

We have free WI-FI on site. Use of washer/dryer is available between 9am and 5pm with prior permission – just ask your hosts. TV, DVD, radio, stereo and reading material available in communal living room. Ironing board and iron available by request. Hair dryers are available. Daytime tea and coffee free of charge. Kitchen is off limits for guest use. Use of the rear yard, also known as the ‘The Fun Makers Second Line Stage' is available. Speak with the hosts for events requiring special booking times/dates and/or accommodations.

On street parking is available.
